Privacy and cookies
This page explains what information this website collects, how it is collected and why. In short: the site uses no cookies for advertising, analytics or tracking. We count visits anonymously, and we only receive personal details you choose to send us.

What we collect and why
- Messages you send us. When you send the contact form, we receive and store your name, email address, subject and message. When you write to us by email or WhatsApp, we receive your name, contact details and message. We use them only to reply and to discuss your project.
- Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider (Vercel) processes your IP address and basic browser information to deliver the pages and keep the site secure. We do not use this to identify you or build a profile.
- Anonymous visit counts. To see how many people visit and how they found us, each page view records the page, the referring website, your approximate country and city (from your IP address), and whether you use a phone or a computer. No cookie is set, your IP address is not stored, and a visitor is counted once a day through a one-way code that changes daily and cannot identify you.
The site does not ask for or collect any other personal information, and it is not meant for children.
Cookies
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. This website does not set its own cookies and does not use cookie-based analytics, advertising pixels or remarketing. Because only strictly necessary storage is used, no cookie consent banner is needed.
- Accessibility settings (necessary). If you use the accessibility menu, your choices are saved in your browser's local storage so they stay on as you move between pages. They never leave your device, and you can clear them with the menu's Reset button.
- Films (third party). Films play from YouTube (in its privacy-enhanced mode) or from Vimeo (with tracking turned off). These players load only when you press play, and their own privacy policies apply.
- Fonts (third party). The site's typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your browser's IP address to deliver them. No cookies are set.
How long we keep it
We keep your messages for as long as we need them to answer you and to work together, and then delete them unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising. This includes the rights of California residents under the CCPA: we do not sell or share your personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. We use trusted service providers (such as our email and hosting providers) only to run our business.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and, where the GDPR applies, to restrict or object to its use. Write to info@penguin-agency.com and we will reply within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority (in Israel, the Privacy Protection Authority).
Changes
If we add cookie-based analytics or any other non-essential cookies in the future, we will update this page and ask for your consent first.
